Mushroom Paella with Chicken & Chorizo

This is my first recipe attempt from my graduation present cookbook (thanks Uncle Rocky). Unfortunately I couldn't find all the ingredients in my Poe Dunk town but I improvised & used brown rice which came out slightly mushy.
